Kari Sam Wuhrer, born on 28th April 1968 is an American actor and singer. Wuhrer's career began as she was a teenager. Her most notable role is Maggie Beckett, an actress in the film Sliders; and the character of Sheriff Samantha Parker from the horror comedy Eight Legged Freaks. Wuhrer is the daughter Karin Noble (nee Noble), who works as Payroll accountant as well as German American Andrew Wuhrer (a officer and dealer in cars). She has three siblings. She was a teenage singer who performed in clubs and hid from home for the sake of performing. Kari Wuhrer is an American model, performer and actor. She started her acting career at Wooster School when she was thirteen years old. Her birth date was April 28th, 1967 at Brookfield, Connecticut. She is the daughter the father of a German American as well as a mother from Germany. Kari's three siblings are all of them. In her teens, she sang at nightclubs and then slipped away for performances. In the year she turned 13 young, Kari studied acting at the Wooster School, then was enrolled in drama classes at Tisch School of the Arts located at New York University, Columbia University, Marymount Manhattan College as well as the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art with renowned teacher Uta Hagen. Kari began acting when she was in her teens, with her first television appearance on 1987's MTV Remote Control.
