Angela Sun

Angela Sun was born in Santa Clara County, CA on 19 October 1979. She is an American sportscaster journalist documentary filmmaker and TV presenter. Born on October 19 1979 in the Santa Clara County of California Angela Sun is an Award-Winning Journalist, actor and producer. She earned a master's degree in sociology and communications from the University of California. Sun has excellent surfing abilities. She was a participant in numerous Pro-Am Surf contests that led to sponsorship deals with brands such as Roxy Reef Billabong Vans. The fame she gained through participating in these events which led Sun to the realm of entertainment. Later she worked as an actress, sportscaster, investigative reporter, as well as film director. Sun was mostly an anchor on many channels. She worked for Fox Sports Net as a reporter in 2003. Her 2012 hosting duties included American Ninja Warrior, alongside Matt Iseman. Sun was host of The Yahoo Sports Minute for the 2014 season. Sun is the first Asian-American person to be a part of ESPN Fox Sports Yahoo Sports as well as Tennis Channel. Sun is a regular in a number of movies and received fame and praise for her acting skills. She worked on movies including Goliath (2016) as well as Hit the Floor(2014-2016) An Ideal Getaway(2009) Shackled (2005), Street Kings (2008), and Glowsticks and Drumsticks (2004). Sun has produced and directed Platic Paradise, The Great Pacific Garbage Patch in 2014.
