Simone Biles (born on March 14, 1997 Columbus Ohio U.S.A.) American Gymnast widely regarded as one of the greatest athletes. Biles was raised within Spring Texas in the Houston metropolitan area after she and her sister Adria were adopted by their grandparents Ronald Biles and Nellie Biles. Simone's fascination with gymnastics started at age six when she took a trip with her day-care group to Bannon Gymnastix. Simone remained under Aimee Borman as coach until the year 2011. Biles took home a gold medal for the floor and bronze in vault during the women's Junior Olympic National Championships in 2010, before advancing to the elite level of gymnastics in the year 2011. Within two years, she been the best in this particular discipline. Biles made headlines for her constant performance her enthusiastic attitude as well as the amount of challenge she made throughout each competition--vault bars that were uneven, balance beam and ground work.
